Jason Masters has over 23 years experience in corporate and consulting roles, and provides consulting services to the Corporate and Government Sectors.  He is a leader in Program Governance, IT Governance, Technology Auditing, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Maangement and e-Business and Strategic Sourcing. Jason has extensive experience in the Transport, Finance and Technology Industries, in roles in Computer Audit, Internal Audit, Facilities Management and Strategic Sourcing.

Jason is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Information Systems and Control Association, Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Australia, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT, Certified Fraud Examiner, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Australia and the Facilities Management Association of Australia.

Chris Le Mesurier, Director

Chris has over seventeen years experience in providing management consulting services to the Corporate and Government sectors.  His key specialisations include; Internal Audit, External Audit, Probity Audits, Corporate Governance and Risk Management, and Health and Safety.

Chris is a key provider of specialist Health and Safety services to self insurers under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, 1988 (Commonwealth Comcare Scheme) and the New South Wales Workers Compensation Act 2000.

Chris is a Registered Company Auditor, Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Australia.
